TaskManager disabled by administrator

Click Start -> Run

Paste the following command into the Run dialog box

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

Click Ok
