Please follow these steps to solve this problem
* Insert Windows 7 CD/DVD and restart the system
* Boot from CD/DVD
* Select the Language in the first screen then click NEXT.
* Click on Repair Your Computer
* Click on Startup Repair (under Recovery Tool).
* Restart the system
