Pay your GSM Postpaid Mobile Bill, PSTN Landline Bill or recharge ADSL Service
via use of Prepaid Recharge Card, MPOS or IVR Services
Nepal Telecom has been continuously trying to improve the services and their delivery to its valued customers. Continuing this trend, we have recently launched recharge card and MPOS (Mobile Point of Sale) technologies for recharge of GSM Postpaid Mobile, Fixed Line (PSTN) Telephone and ADSL services. Earlier, the bill payment and renewal of these services was only possible through our service counters and bank counters. With the launch of this new scheme, our valued customers can recharge or renew their Postpaid Mobile, Fixed Line or ADSL services using recharge cards or using pinless recharge through the MPOS terminals.
For the recharge of the above services, use the following methods to pay amounts between NRs. 100.00 and NRs. 1000.00 as appropriate:
To pay the amount via IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
Please dial 1413 and follow the instructions to pay for GSM postpaid mobile, fixed line or ADSL.
To pay through USSD (only for GSM postpaid mobile)
Please purchase the Namaste recharge card of the appropriate amount and to make the payment dial *411*Pin No.*10# using your GSM postpaid mobile.
To pay through MPOS
Please contact your nearest MPOS retailer and provide the number of your GSM postpaid mobile, fixed line phone number (for paying fixed line phone bill or for ADSL renewal) to carry out the payment of desired amount for the required service. Please provide the number of phone that is having ADSL service for renewal of ADSL service.

Please make sure of the completion of payment by checking the service status or balance of services. The status or balance can be checked as described below:

Recharging ADSL & its Validity Period
Conditions for Recharging for adsl services via VOMS or MPOS
1. Only a single ADSL recharge request is acceptable per day.
2. Renewal in advance should not be present while recharging for adsl services. The renewal in advance for adsl service can be verified from

3. MPOS or VOMS payments are only for recharging existing adsl packages. Please visit the nearest NT counter for other purposes of adsl service like : Package Change (e.g. Unlimited ADSL to Volume Based ADSL), Place Transfer etc.
